Self Exclusion

Overview

Jljl5 provides structured mechanisms to help players manage gambling activity. This policy describes Time-Out and Self-Exclusion, their effects on account access and transactions, the process to activate or revoke, and related protections.

Time-Out

Time-Out is a temporary interruption of access to all products. Once initiated, the user cannot deposit, withdraw, or play or access any of the Company’s products for the selected period. The available periods appear in the Account Profile under Time-Out. Revoke of Time-Out can only occur after 24 hours have elapsed from the initial request. Upon expiry, the account is automatically re-activated and ordinary activity resumes.

Self-Exclusion

Self-Exclusion is a longer interruption of activity. When selected, the account will be closed for the chosen period and the user will not be able to log in or gamble.

To commence Self-Exclusion, please submit a request via the account support channel. Upon receipt, the account enters a 24 hour cooling-off stage during which gambling activity is blocked. After the cooling-off period, the Company will present the available self-exclusion periods for selection. A response by electronic notice or other approved channel is required to proceed. If no response is received within a subsequent 24 hours, the account exclusion remains in place and may be confirmed via electronic confirmation. During Self-Exclusion, deposits and withdrawals are blocked for the duration. On expiry, the account automatically re-activates.

Revocation and Extensions

Requests to revoke exclusion or to adjust limits may be considered but are subject to the Company at its absolute discretion. Any extension of the exclusion period will require a new request through the approved channel.

Financial Protection and Limits

Through the My Account section, users may impose monetary or time-based limits. If the maximum self-imposed limit is exceeded, the account will be restricted from further actions relating to that limit. Reduction or removal of limits requires written or electronic notice. The Company will consider such requests but may deny them in its sole discretion. The Company will take reasonable steps to ensure that Self-Exclusion measures are observed; however, it does not assume responsibility for activity conducted via other means that bypasses the exclusion or for promotional material that is inadvertently delivered.

Promotions and Communications

During Self-Exclusion, promotional materials will be withheld in accordance with policy. The user remains responsible if continuing to gamble through alternate means or accounts, including modifications to registration data that enable activity, or if third party communications are used to access services.

Requests will be processed promptly, and you will receive confirmations in electronic form. The period will take effect immediately upon confirmation, and monitoring will continue in line with policy.
